The 2W Rustler Series Light Duty Gate-In-Frames are designed for walk through entry into light stress livestock handling systems. Variable rail spacing broadens the gates’s livestock applications to include small animals such as calves, sheep, hogs, and many more.

Variable Rail Spacing

The 2W Rustler product features unique rail spacing that is signature to this series. The rails are spaced further near the top of the product, and closer near the bottom. Variable rail spacing broadens the panel’s livestock applications to include small animals such as calves, sheep, hogs, and many more.

Walk Through Height Outer Frame

This product features a sturdy outer frame designed for walk-through height entry into a handling system. The height of the outer frame measures 7' 8". This outer frame is reinforced with corner flat bar.

Rustler Chain Latch Connecting System

This product comes available with a chain and self attaching chain latch connecting system for securing the product close or open to existing fixtures.

CNC Robotic Welded Seams

Though 2W does still utilize hand welders for large assemblies, the incorporation of CNC Robotic Welders for high-volume products allows for maximum consistency between welds and aids with quality control measures. To add an extra layer of quality measures, these robotic welders use an Advanced Fronius CMT (Cold Metal Transfer) welding process that greatly reduces metal distortion, minimizes tension caused by heat expansion, nearly eliminates weld spatter, and makes for a beautiful high quality weld.

Rustler Light Duty Series

The Rustler Series offered by 2W is designed specifically for light penning and handling applications. This series is constructed primarily out of 18 Gauge - 11/2” Diameter steel tube. Featuring a universal chain latch connecting system the Rustler Series can be connected to pre-existing systems or posts. J-Leg anti-sink supports are also included for unstable ground conditions that are specially designed to dramatically reduce the chances of caught ankles. For even further universal applications this series has variable spaced rails that are more dense towards the bottom allowing the Rustler Series to be used for small livestock and calving applications.
