The 2W Corral Series Heavy Duty Split Gates are specifically designed for maternity uses with a maternity system. The split gate allows calves to feed while limiting cow movement. The gate hinge's threaded rods are a 1" diameter and 12" long allowing adjustability in gate width. It is recommended to drill 1 1/8" diameter holes to install. Available with chain latch.

Features

Maternity Split Swing Gate with Post-Pin Lock

Utilizing the same heavy duty mounting options as all 2W heavy duty products, this swing gate's top and bottom half is secured to one another using a simple but effective post-pin design.

Chain Latch Connecting System

This product comes available with a chain and self attaching chain latch connecting system for securing the gate close or open to existing fixtures.

Heavy Duty Gate Hinges

This product utilizes heavy duty galvanized gate hinges that fit overtop of the upright, secured between the rails. Grease zerks are incorporated to aid with the hinge's functionality and longevity. The gate hinge’s threaded rods are 1” diameter and allow for adjustability in gate width. It is recommended to drill 1-1/8” diameter holes to install.

CNC Robotic Welded Seams

Though 2W does still utilize hand welders for large assemblies, the incorporation of CNC Robotic Welders for high-volume products allows for maximum consistency between welds and aids with quality control measures. To add an extra layer of quality measures, these robotic welders use an Advanced Fronius CMT (Cold Metal Transfer) welding process that greatly reduces metal distortion, minimizes tension caused by heat expansion, nearly eliminates weld spatter, and makes for a beautiful high quality weld.

Corral Heavy Duty Series

The Corral Series offered by 2W is the leader in high stress cattle handling equipment offering the largest diameter and most wall thickness in the industry. This series is constructed primarily out of both round and oval 13 Gauge - 2” Diameter and round 10 Gauge - 23/8” diameter steel tube. Connecting posts that utilized a simple pin and clip system required to assemble this series. This series is commonly be referred to as “Corral Build Blocks” because panels and gates of the same length can be interchanged with ease. This series is commonly used in Rodeo Arenas as well.

2W’s Corral System Design Engineers are available free of charge for any customer considering upgrading or installing a new system. The 2W Corral Series is powdercoated in 2W Dark Gray and 2W Red.
